Guzman Law Firm secured the dismissal of a Possession of Controlled Substance charge for AMG after successfully challenging the legality of the traffic stop that led to his arrest. Law enforcement conducted a vehicle search that resulted in the recovery of several THC vape cartridges and the filing of felony possession allegations.
